STOP the BUSYNESS!

How’s your week gone so far?

Have you been as productive as desired?

Did you complete enough tasks to feel ‘worthy’ of the weekend?

Do you put a lot of pressure on yourself to keep going, pushing, striving, doing so that you maintain a good level of self-worth?

To be productive, just how busy do you feel you need to be?

Think about this for a minute please and be honest.

Do you fill your calendar with meetings, action items, phone calls?

Do you rush to attend conferences or book another course as soon as the last one has ended?

Do you feel guilty when there are gaps in your calendar?

Or do you cherish and embrace that white space?

More than ever, we are filling our days -  our every minute really - with activity.

And at what cost?

Stress. Anxiety. Burn-out. Depression. Health issues…to name a few.

In the spirit of not needing to add more to your day,  I’m keeping this brief.

My advice is simply this:

Don’t make yourself busy.

Busy isn’t the objective, productive is. And much more productivity comes with

BIG

GAPS

TO

BREATH

AND

JUST BE.

Promise.

Till next week,

May you be free of busyness and discover the joy of accomplishing far more by slowing down and doing less.

PS: I’d love to coach you to discover the stuff you’re here to create and contribute without all the commitments and noise. Reach out HERE if you’re tired of the rat race and finally choose to live your purpose.
